Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct Business to Business visits and utilize effective sales techniques to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close deals on the spot.
Consistently identify new potential customers by scouting new locations, conducting market research, and networking within communities.
Establish a customer database with detailed information, including contact details, sales conversations, follow-up appointments, and next steps.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas as assigned by the sales manager.
Implement campaigns in designated areas to boost sales, adjusting strategies as needed to hit targets.
Requirements
Must have Qatar Driving License
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
