Sales Executive

Role Overview
This is a performance-driven sales position. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. With a
basic salary of AED 3,000 - 3,500 plus commissions up to AED 10,000+ monthly

Key Responsibilities
Identify and close new business opportunities in marketing, media, and production.
Present ALBAB Media's services to potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken & written). Arabic is a plus.
Presentable, confident, and persuasive communicator.
1-3 years of sales experience (media, marketing, events, or related services preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Comfortable working in a
startup environment
where flexibility and initiative are key.
