Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers, offering personalized service and product recommendations.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury products, features, and brand values.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and product displays.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Process transactions accurately through POS systems.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and client profiles.
Handle customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Male candidates preferred as per business requirement.
1-3 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Flexibility with schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Multilingual abilities (English + Arabic or other languages) are an advantage.
