The Company Quest Search and Selection are proud to work with one of the largest importers, distributors within spectacles & sunglasses within their 150-store portfolio within malls, travel and online destinations. Your role as Sales Associate will be to provide exceptional levels of customer service to all customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with inquiries about products, prices, and services by understanding their needs
- Providing customers with product recommendations that are best suited to their needs
- Utilizing advanced sales techniques to increase sales and focus on upselling and cross-selling
- Building long-term relationships with customers, promoting products, and overseeing visual merchandising. Ensuring stock replenishment is reliable at all times.
- Integrating CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback coordinating with after-sales service with Customer Care Centre
- At least 1 year + of Sales experience in high end segment retail
- Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 spoken and written
- Strong selling skills & customer oriented
- Confident, friendly & engaging personality
- Graduate or Diploma in Business Administration, sales or related courses
