Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
Follow and achieve department\xe2\x80\x99s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
\xe2\x80\x9cGo the extra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Maintain the store & stock in top notch and in a presentable way
Remain knowledgeable on products offered
Understanding of system and computer process "POS" (point of sale)
Cross selling of products
Maintaining customer relationship
Team up with co-workers in a positive friendly way
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Comply with inventory control procedures
