Job Description
Job Responsibilities Generate leads from online sources. Engage with clients and get all necessary information about client needs. Ensure smooth transfer of clients to ICS/OCS. Generate leads by creating engaging online content. Book appointments and with clients for viewing do follow up. Follow up with existing and potential clients about their preferences, interests and requirements in booking apartments. Explain all terms and conditions to clients. Keep clients engaged by building a relationship with them Address all client concerns. Ensure no misunderstanding, no delays in execution and no wrong information exchange. Make professional relationships with following department; OCS & ICS. Upload customer details on CRM platform Submit accurate details to team leaders and managers.
