3 Number of Sales Associates Require
Job Title: Sales associate (Zudio)
The sales associate plJob Title: Sales associate (Zudio)
The sales associate plays an essential role in the smooth running of the in-store retail operation leading to company's growth and revenue. The position responsibility entails ensuring high levels of customer experience by displaying efficiency in all in-store functions. An ideal candidate should be hard working and customer oriented along with which must possess solid communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities:
Customer service:

  • Ensure excellent customer experience by serving customer needs and processing sales.
  • Trial room management as per customer traffic.
  • To be polite and helpful when dealing with customer queries or complaints - referring them to DM/ SM/SO when necessary.
Inventory management:
  • Support in maintenance of stock through continuous management of stock levels and availability on floor through inward, outward and stock replenishment functions. Where stock room stock levels are low, must inform DM/SM/SO.
  • Receiving and verifying merchandise shipment quality and quantity along with unpacking and categorizing assistance.
  • Sorting, tagging and placing products onto racks, shelves and mannequins as per company standards.
  • Must ensure that merchandise is laid out as per display principles, i.e. sizes & ratios are maintained.
Till operations:
  • Operates tills, accepting cash, credit cards and vouchers. Ensure that billing counters always has enough carry bags, stationery, audit rolls and wrapping paper at the till point.
  • Assisting in price and discount checks, exchange/return product availability.
Floor Presentation:
  • Maintenance of an excellent standard of presentation and tidiness of the sales floor and till areas.
  • Maintain all fixtures, fittings and merchandise so that they are tidy and neat at all times.
Other duties:
  • Undertake duties such as, assisting with layout changes - including moving, assembling fixtures and counters. Assist promotions inside and outside the Store.
  • Remain alert to ensure that shop lifting/internal shrinkage is minimal.
  • Carry out all other duties ancillary and incidental thereto as well as other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Presentable and pleasant personality.
Must have at least passed SSC or possess equivalent qualifications.
Must be able to speak English fluently.
