Job Title: Sales Associate Event Management & Entertainment Coordination
Location: Dubai and rest of UAE

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, meeting clients, and coordinating talent bookings. This is a highly field-focused role requiring a proactive, confident communicator with a passion for events and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
Develop and pursue leads for entertainment bookings with hotels, event agencies, and corporate clients.
Conduct in-person meetings to pitch services, understand client needs, and build strong relationships.
Coordinate with performers and entertainment teams to schedule and assign gigs.
Manage all pre-event coordination including logistics, confirmations, and client updates.
Maintain client communication and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and future business.
Provide on-ground support when needed and represent the company during key events.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales or event coordination, preferably in entertainment or hospitality.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a presentable personality.
Flexibility to work in the field and meet clients across various locations daily.
