Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities andRelationship building with customers by proactively understanding their needs.

- Understanding customer needs and presenting relevant product/ service offerings
- Planning and developing sales strategies
- Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers
- Updating existing customer databases and creating new contacts
- Resolving customer complaints
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Identifying new markets and opportunities
- Developing innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Identifying and utilizing profitable business channels
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of product features, benefits and competitive advantages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience in sales and/or marketing
- Strong negotiation skills
- An understanding of customer needs and buying behaviours
- High degree of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Aptitude for problem solving
- Self-motivation and a strong sense of initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office, SEO/SEM, database software and relevant technology
