Job Title: Sales Associate / Asst. Manager / Manager Reports to: Sales Head or Executive Director Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and ambitious sales associate who will be responsible for managing the sales and business development for the global operations of the company, based in Dubai, U.A.E. The candidate will handle business development for the new and building relationship with retention and more business of old clients globally. To plan, executive and monitor sales activities to meet company\'s targets for growth and profitability. Key Role & Responsibilities: 1. Should identify potential clients and generate new business leads by researching and targeting potential clients, setting up calls, attending networking events, and building relationships with industry contacts and achieve business targets within timeline. 2. Key account management, retention and building new business from existing & frozen accounts. 3. Should be able to execute sales growth strategies, tactics, and action plans with revenue-oriented mindset. 4. Successful planning and implementation in international sales exhibitions, shows, seminars. 5. Must be passionate about facilitating consumer experience and value. Should be self-motivated and proactive. 6. Should have the ability to read and conduct data analysis and derive insight from it. 7. Should be able to prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects to explain the firm\'s services and capabilities. 8. Should stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market, as well as changes in regulatory requirements that may impact on the firm\'s business. Requisites: 1. 02-03 years of Sales experience in wealth management and financial advisory firm. 2. 1+ Years of International experience. 3. 1+ years of HNI & UHNI Investment product sales experience with knowledge of International financial markets. 4. Creative problem solver, adaptable to new technology, business workflows etc. 5. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 6. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. 7. Should be Knowledge driven, should be updated with market trends better than UHNI and HNI or customers. 8. Should have strong business & marketing acumen with Entrepreneur spirit. 9. Candidates from premier business schools are preferred. Education and experience requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Finance & Accounts related field. 2. 02-03 years of experience in driving sales and business development. department. 3. Should have Business acumen, strategic agility, and strong leadership skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to analyze and evaluate data to drive continuous improvement. Salary & Benefits: 1. As per market standard & negotiable 2. Yearly Performance Bonus + ESOPs+ Incentives 3. Visa and other government obligations will be taken care by company Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED50,000.00 - AED75,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:
