Job Description

Sales Associate position with 2-3 years experience of Sales in Middle East into marketing MEP & infrastructure products. Key Accountabilities Identify and explore new sales opportunities from client database including client visits, site visits, customer service and managing complaints, submittals, product approvals and negotiate pricing. Monitor existing customer accounts to ensure that sales potential is fully explored. Settle deviations and finalise technically and commercially sound offers in compliance with customer requirements and company policy. Ensure proper forecast for stocks orders to enable effective forward planning. Monitor execution of orders in coordination with Operations & logistics and other relevant departments till receipt of payments. Preparation of Project follow up, Pending sales order & Payment collection reports Skills, Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering Proficient in MS office Minimum 2-3 years' experience in related industry and at least 2 years proven sales experience In-depth knowledge of Water Works and applications. Good communication skills Excellent sales and interpersonal skills Good time management skills UAE Driving License : Mandatory Key Challenges To meet customer expectations and provide them technical support. Ensure all offers and submittals are matching customer's expectations. Monitor order execution. Achieve Target Sales in a very competitive market environment. Collect of market information and customer's feedback to share the same with marketing. Generate new clients within assigned territory. Update stock status on regular basis. Salary: As per Market Standards & eligible for Sales Incentive over and above achieved sales target. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
