MAIN PURPOSE The sales associate will be responsible for promoting the brand image and achieve the monthly sales objectives, offering exclusive client experience in line with the brand guidelines and act as a Maison Ambassador. SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Achieve monthly sales objectives
Drive and achieve individual objectives and be accountable for sales results
Anticipate & identify sales opportunities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Build and maintain client data-base through consistent follow-up and scheduling appointments
CLIENT ACQUISITION
Act as Brand ambassador in and outside of the Boutique
Build brand and boutique awareness and equity
Generate prospects and convert to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Maintain high level of visual merchandising standards and the boutique condition in coherence with the Brand guidelines and strategy
Upgrade professional market knowledge in luxury watches, to be able to act as speaking partner with the clients
Customize presentations and interactions with each client
ADMINISTRATION AND BACK-OFFICE
Follow the group retail policies and procedures
Adhering to the groups retail, security polices & procedures
Ability to manage basic store operations, processing shipment transfers in a timely manner,
Follow the group security policies and procedures
Maintain awareness of inventory and communicate replenishment requirements
Maintain boutique back office high standard operation
Prepare monthly reports
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Previous job experience in a sales role in luxury retail boutique
Sales driven, strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
Confident to attend and deal with elite clientele
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail oriented with a pleasing personality; demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude; team player
Excellent in oral and written English
Existing deep knowledge of one or more fine watch brands is a plus
