Profile and Mission

• Experience in Fashion Retail, luxury, or Jewellery.

Responsibilities 1. SALES

• Greet and direct customers

• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing)

• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services

• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

• Cross-sell and up-sell products

• Cash-in the customers and handle the entire closing process, including database capture

• Deliver the Company's vision and passion; product and brand story-telling

2. MANAGE CUSTOMERS' RELATIONSHIP

• Develop authentic relationships with VIP customers to develop long-term loyalty

• Manage complains and repairs

• Inform customers about special services

• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and inform the customers

• Promote gifting and gift wrapping

3. SHOP FLOOR ORGANISATION

• Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are respected at all times

• Coordinate with the shop floor team and the back office team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

• Participates in the general appearance of the store: general maintenance, daily cleaning, and general conditions of the store (AC, music...)

4. REPORTING and ADMIN

• Report and provide customer and product' feedback to the Sales Manager

• Share daily reports on Sales and Stocks with the back office; as well as End Of Day report

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Executive, Sales Associate, or similar role

• Understanding of the retail sales process

• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles

• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

• Basic math skills

• Track record of achieving sales quotas

• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

• Flexibility to work various shifts

• High school degree; BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus

• Preferably female, between 20 and 35 yr

• Experience in Fashion Retail, luxury, or Jewellery.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
