Key Responsibility: - Advise on products selections - Serve gift products and beverages - Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards - Order and maintain inventory of products - Describe and advise on gift products selection - Introduce specialty coffee to customers - Take orders and wrap the gifts - Greet patrons, make recommendations and answer questions regarding gift products and beverages - Address customers' complaints or concerns - Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs - Balance cash and record sales - Provide customer service to assist clients/guests with special needs Required Experience: - Directly related experience within a full-service concept - Well-developed communication skills - Demonstrated knowledge of F & B products, techniques & practices. - Working knowledge of food & beverage preparation and presentation. - Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to operate cash register including debit and credit transactions. - Demonstrated understanding of food & beverage health & hygiene standards.
