Job Description
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Associate ( Fashion Stores) with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Greeting customers and responding to their inquiries and questions.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales.
- Improving engagement and providing outstanding customer service.
- B.s, High School Diploma or any related field
- Proven work experience in Fashion Retail Business
- Able to operate flexible working hours
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
