Job Tittle: Sales Associate
Department: The Outlet
Reports to: Direct Manager
Location: Rashidiya 1, Ajman Competencies: - Having an engaging and friendly personality
- Confident manner
- Must be polite and helpful
- Must be physically fit
- Possess detailed understanding of area of sales i.e., fast moving consumer goods, sports, retail, equipment, etc.
- Knowledge of inventory techniques
- Smart in appearance and articulate
- Must speak English & Arabic Sales Associate : -Participate in stock management and control
-Assist shoppers locate the products and goods they desire
-Perform cash processing and card payments
-Stock shelves with goods
-Answer queries from shoppers
-Guide and give advice to customers on product selection
-Deal with customer refunds
-Keep the store clean and tidy; this includes mopping and hovering
-Work within established guidelines with brands
-Attach price tags to merchandise
-Look out for shoplifters; responsible for security within the store as well as watching out for fraudulent credit cards etc.
-Receive and store stock Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
