We are seeking a passionate and friendly

Sales Assistant

to join our holistic healing and wellness shop. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in crystals, natural healing, and holistic wellness, and who enjoys creating a welcoming and uplifting experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers warmly, both in-store and over the phone/WhatsApp, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customers' needs and suggest products knowledgeably and authentically. Provide the highest level of customer service with friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of crystals, their healing properties, and holistic wellness practices. Learn about our natural healing products and guide customers in selecting suitable tools for their personal journey. Create customized healing bracelets for customers. Accurately manage the cash register and process payments. Receive, process, and package online orders promptly and correctly. Unbox, receive, price, and organize new shipments of merchandise. Restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure the shop is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with social media content creation, including taking photos and videos for promotional use. Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or higher education.

Experience:

Previous sales experience preferred; interest or experience in holistic wellness, crystals, or healing modalities is a plus. Good command of English (verbal and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, engaging, and professional attitude. Punctual, reliable, and attentive to customer needs. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work flexibly in a dynamic environment. Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, data entry, PowerPoint). Team player who works well with others and contributes positively to the shop environment.
