Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high store standards and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
• Support daily operational duties assigned by the shopkeeper, including product arrangement and merchandising
• Represent a positive and professional attitude toward customers, merchandise, and the brand
• Greet customers promptly and provide accurate, relevant product information
• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Participate in market hall inventories and attend store meetings and briefings
• Ensure accurate recording of sales transactions and support basic sales reporting
• Adhere strictly to IKEA and Al-Futtaim policies, procedures, dress code, and work schedules
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve store objectives

Ideal Profile

• High school qualification is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and engaging personality
• Physically fit to lift products and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible shifts and as part of a team
