Key Responsibilities Sales Functions
Promote and sell company products to existing and new customers
Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
Follow up on quotations and ensure successful order closing
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Meet assigned sales targets and support overall company revenue goals
Service Functions
Install, commission, and test equipment at customer sites
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
Provide customer training on product operation and safety
Ensure timely service response and customer issue resolution
Maintain accurate technical service reports and parts consumption records
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams - sales, production, logistics, etc.
Report market trends, competitor insights & customer feedback
Support after-sales service and warranty claims
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
2-5 years' experience in industrial equipment sales & service
Strong technical knowledge in
Compressors, Vacuum Pumps & Blowers
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capability
Willing to travel frequently for customer site visits
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software
