Job Description

We are a growing cleaning company looking for a reliable, motivated person who can manage staff and bring in new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion

Find and connect with potential clients (hotels, real estate, apartments, villas, etc.) Promote our cleaning services online and offline. Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads. Create and share promotional content using platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Operations & Supervision

Assign and manage daily cleaning staff schedules. Ensure materials and equipment are ready for each task Visit cleaning site to ensure job quality Keep track of stock (buckets, materials, uniforms, etc.) Report and communicate any staff or client issues

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or promotional roles (cleaning/hospitality preferred) Good spoken and written

English

Basic digital skills - must be comfortable using

WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok

, and similar platforms Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Willing to commit to

What We Offer:

Basic Salary

: AED 1,500/month

Commission

: Based on leads/bookings (type and number)

2-Year Employment Visa

Note:

This is a dual-role position. Some days you will focus on sales, and other days you may need to assist with supervising or coordinating cleaning jobs, especially when we have larger contracts (e.g., hotels, deep cleaning of empty apartments). Flexibility and initiative are very important.
