Job Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales or relevant field
Have at least 2 years+ of demonstrated experience at a Sales within Cargo business and have a solid knowledge on a regional basis.
Organized, process- oriented.
Excellent communication and building relationship.
Have a strong track record of developing and leading the successful marketing and sales programs for an Airline Cargo business with a demonstrated record of success in building new revenue stream.
Must possess a complete understanding of the freight forwarding industry.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

This role involves daily interaction with clients, carriers, customs, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate and oversee the entire shipment process including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery.
Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to arrange and track shipments.
Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, AWB, etc.).
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and internal SOPs.
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and excellent service.
