Job Title: Sales and New Business Development Manager : Communications Agency Svyazi is looking for a freelance, ambitious and results-oriented Sales Manager. Modern problems - require modern solutions, so if you have potential clients for us, we are willing to pay a good % for them. We implement projects since 2017 and today, we specialize in the development of creative projects, including such as: online and offline events, branding, design, presentations and animations. Our clients are located in CIS countries, USA, Europe and Middle East, they are companies from different industries, including manufacturing, IT companies, companies from financial sector, services and automotive industry, among them: Henkel, Hitachi, Playgendary, Yandex, Tinkoff, Sber, M. Video, Hyundai and others. We can definitely get things done if:
  • you have 3 or more years of experience in B2B sales;
  • you have your own client base to which you can offer our projects;
  • can plan your own workload and take responsibility for the result;
  • have already worked in another agency, which does not provide the services that we can offer, but your clients are interested in them (cross-selling), we will also be happy to consider the possibility of cooperation.

  • the main task is to find and attract new customers;
  • to conduct outgoing letters/calls to potential clients;
  • to test new sales channels;
  • to conduct initial meetings with clients and coordinate the work on the project;
  • look for tenders and other opportunities to develop the agency.
What we give from our side:
  • Are willing to give 15% of project cost up to $15k and 10% of project cost over $15k . Your income is not limited, it all depends on how many projects you bring in;
  • regular payments after the client signs the act of services rendered;
  • deal with the client: consulting, briefing, protection and implementation of the project - on our side, from your side to introduce you to the right client;
  • work format: remote work from anywhere in the world, flexible schedule. Communication with us via email and zoom calls;
  • The vacancy involves a freelance format, you can even work part-time.
