- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the company's products or services to customers.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating issues with possible solutions to higher management.
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Assisting the sales team and clients.
- Understanding the technical aspects of a product.
- Executing marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Reach marketing goals, compiling information on competitors' products.
- Managing social media campaigns and monitoring its performance.
