Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, community networking, and lead-tracking systems.
Facility Tours & Demonstrations:
Conduct personalized tours of the gym, highlighting equipment, amenities, and specialized programs to convert prospects into members.
Sales Conversion:
Meet or exceed monthly membership targets by negotiating contracts, handling objections, and closing sales.
Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with teams to design and execute sales campaigns, manage social media presence, and organize promotional events or gym challenges.
Member Retention:
Build long-term relationships with existing members to ensure high renewal rates and handle any inquiries or complaints professionally.
