Job Description

What you will do :

Visit pet shops, vet clinics, grooming salons, pet hotels and cafes to promote and sell Pupcake products. Engage with new and existing customers to grow brand awareness and build loyalty. Deliver orders and samples when needed (car required). Report basic sales activity and provide customer feedback to the team. Identify and engage potential wholesale and retail clients in the pet and lifestyle space. Promote and sell Pupcake products through calls, emails, events, and in-person visits. Maintain strong relationships with current customers and ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and branding efforts. Attend local and regional pet expos, markets, and events to represent the brand.

What We're Looking For:

Candidate fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Must have a valid driving license and own car or motor bike (required for travel to meetings and events)
Confident and professional personality - comfortable approaching new clients
Passionate about pets - loves engaging with pet lovers and businesses
Visa holder preferred (valid residence or work visa)
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Prior experience in the pet, food, or lifestyle industry
