Job Summary:

Baseera Inspection Technologies is seeking a

results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive

to spearhead our business development efforts in the UAE. This role involves lead generation, client outreach, strategic partnerships, and executing marketing campaigns for our

drone-based building inspection services

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new B2B leads in real estate, facility management, and government sectors. Build relationships with facility managers, developers, and FM consultants. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of inspection services and technology. Collaborate with the marketing team to create brochures, presentations, and online campaigns. Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Track sales pipeline and report KPIs to management. Manage and update CRM platform.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering. 2-4 years of experience in

B2B sales

, preferably in

tech, engineering, or construction

. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Excellent English communication and presentation skills;

Arabic is a plus

. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, email campaigns).

Preferred Qualities:

Experience working in a

startup

or

technology-driven

environment. Background in

construction, facilities, or drone technology

is an advantage. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
