Job Summary:



We are seeking a results-driven, energetic, and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth for a premium European sports and health supplement brand. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, nutrition, and brand expansion within the health & wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new sales leads, retail accounts, gym partnerships, and distributor opportunities in the target region (UAE/MENA). Develop and execute strategic B2B business development plans to increase market presence and sales volume. Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, fitness centers, e-commerce platforms, pharmacies, and sports institutions. Represent the brand in industry events, expos, and local fitness communities to drive awareness and partnerships. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients and partners to maximize profitability. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports, forecasts, and proposals to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Science, Nutrition, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, health, nutrition, fitness, or wellness sectors. Strong knowledge or passion for sports supplements, nutrition, fitness, and health trends. Proven experience in developing and managing retail and distribution channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the region if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:



Existing network in gyms, fitness centers, pharmacies, or sports clubs is a strong advantage. Familiarity with e-commerce and platforms like Amazon, Noon, or online supplement stores. Experience working with European or premium international brands is a plus.
