Conduct field visits, product demos, and presentations to generate leads and close sales
Build strong relationships with vendors, gardeners, societies, and agri-store owners
Identify new market opportunities and provide customer education on product benefits
Collaborate with digital marketing team for WhatsApp, Instagram, and local campaign execution
Manage customer database and track sales performance
Represent the brand in exhibitions, weekend markets, and farming events
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in agri-input sales or direct product marketing
UAE Driving License is must.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
Familiarity with vermicompost, hydrogel, or biofertilizer usage
Previous experience selling to nurseries or farm communities
Ability to create product videos or testimonials in the field
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, English, and/or regional language)
Knowledge of organic farming, plant care, or gardening products is a strong plus
Self-motivated with a field-sales attitude
Basic tech skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Instagram Business, etc.)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
