Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across various industries (hospitality, cleaning, facilities management, etc.)
Actively source new business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships.
Promote and present the company's recruitment services to clients in person, by phone, and through online platforms.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure suitable candidates are sourced.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a database of clients and prospects using CRM tools.
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (due to the role's nature and client preferences).
Proven experience (2+ years) in
sales, business development, or marketing
, preferably in the
recruitment or manpower supply
industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in
English

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Must be currently based in UAE or willing to relocate.
