We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients to enhance brand presence and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and establish business relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Manage social media channels to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Prepare sales reports and provide analysis on performance metrics.
- Participate in networking events and represent the company at industry gatherings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE driving license preferred.
