Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the travel and tourism sector.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and booking targets.
Identify and acquire new clients, corporate accounts, travel agents, and B2B partners.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and present travel packages, itineraries, and promotions to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and destination management companies.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company services.
