Job Description

A Sales and Marketing professional is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness, while managing customer relationships and market research.

Key Responsibilities



Develop Sales Strategies

: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase revenue.

Market Research

: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Advertising and Promotions

: Design and execute advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing literature to attract and retain customers.

Team Management

: Oversee and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.

Performance Analysis
