Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, cold calling, and client referrals.
Promote company products/services to potential clients through outdoor marketing activities.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and other networking events.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing preferred; freshers with a strong interest in sales will also be considered.
Willingness to do outdoor sales and client visits regularly.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM tools).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
