Position Overview
JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to support reservations, sales coordination, and guest engagement while strengthening brand presence and revenue performance. This full-time, non-management role plays a key part in delivering professional service, supporting loyalty programs, and contributing to commercial success in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, inquiries, and requests related to reservations and sales
• Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately
• Apply effective sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
• Support Marriott Rewards and loyalty program processes, including redemptions and complimentary offers
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Accounting, and Data Administration to resolve guest issues
• Promote brand standards and service values in all internal and external interactions
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and communications
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with administrative duties including reporting, emails, and documentation
• Assist management with staff guidance, training support, and performance standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and quality standards

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience in sales support, reservations, or customer service within hospitality
• Strong communication skills with professional telephone etiquette
• Customer-focused approach with basic sales and upselling capability
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Basic computer skills for reservations systems and office applications
