Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Emirati lady to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our brand, acquiring new customers, and supporting business growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients. Promote the company's products/services to existing and prospective customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and performance. Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance metrics.

Requirements:



UAE National (Female)

as per Emiratization initiative. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales aptitude and persuasive abilities. Proficient in both English and Arabic (preferred). Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus. Well-presented, confident, and self-motivated.
