We are a leading building contracting company seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the construction or contracting sector and a strong understanding of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Promote the company's services to consultants, contractors, and developers. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and client needs. Coordinate with the project and operations team to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing in a

building contracting or construction-related

field. Strong network within the UAE construction industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. UAE Driving License is a

strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of the UAE construction regulations and client landscape. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
