Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company's advertising services across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present and pitch advertising solutions tailored to client needs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. Work closely with the creative and account management teams to develop customized marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or client servicing within the advertising, media, or marketing industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus. Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting targets and delivering results. Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
