To increase bookings and revenue by developing sales strategies, executing effective marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships across digital and offline channels.
Sales Responsibilities:
Generate leads via calls, walk-ins, emails, and networking.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Build partnerships with travel agencies, relocation firms, and corporate clients.
Attend exhibitions and networking events to promote the company.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.).
Manage social media pages and engage with followers.
Update and optimize listings on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
Coordinate design and production of promotional materials (flyers, videos, posts).
Track and report marketing campaign performance.
Strategic & Admin Duties:
Maintain a CRM system for leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction aligns with marketing promises.
Provide weekly reports and insights to management.
Recommend pricing strategies and seasonal offers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in hospitality or real estate).
Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
Strong digital marketing skills and social media knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive.
UAE driving license preferred.
