Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for
recruitment,
and
HR outsourcing services
Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate clients
and key decision-makers
Promote company services including permanent staffing, temporary staffing, and workforce solutions
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements to clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Conduct market research to identify
potential clients
and industry trends
Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and networking activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
in sales and marketing, preferably in
recruitment, or service-based companies
Strong understanding of the
Qatar market and B2B sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
