Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services in line with local market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Qatar. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

Marketing:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities. Support branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the market. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging marketing materials.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing (Qatar/GCC experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage. Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
