Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven

Sales & Marketing Specialist

to join our team on a

commission-only basis

. This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate leads, close deals, and contribute to the growth of the business.

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, including identifying potential clients, pitching services, closing deals, and executing marketing strategies--particularly

content creation

for online platforms. You will receive a

90% commission on every successfully closed deal

. This role is ideal for freelancers, consultants, or entrepreneurs seeking high earnings based purely on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients Present and pitch our services to prospective clients Close deals and ensure client satisfaction Create engaging content (posts, ads, videos, etc.) to support marketing efforts Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies Manage client communication and follow-up Conduct market research and competitor analysis Handle all necessary tasks to achieve successful deal closure and brand growth Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) or social media marketing Self-motivated and result-oriented Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Compensation:

Commission Only:

You will receive

90% of the value of each deal

you close. No fixed salary. Potential for very high earnings based on your performance.
