We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Female Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth and expand our client base in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry, and possess a strong understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored catering solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our catering services across various platforms (online and offline).
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process.
Gather client feedback and work with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of two to five (2-5) years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the food and beverage, hospitality, catering or events industry in Dubai.
Strong understanding of the Dubai market and its business landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
