Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales and Leasing Property Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing residential or commercial properties. The Sales and Leasing Property Advisor will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting property inspections, negotiating deals, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing properties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build a solid client base Advertise the properties on the different portal we have.
