We're Hiring: Commission-Based Real Estate Agents

Coastal Homes FZ-LLC is a fast-growing real estate firm in Ras Al Khaimah, specializing in residential, commercial, off-plan sales, and rentals. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, performance-driven Real Estate Agents who are looking for strong earning potential and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and marketing activities Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations with clients and landlords Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and available listings Build and maintain long-term client relationships Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements

Previous experience in real estate (mandatory) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven Professional, presentable, and confident personality Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
Commission Structure & Incentive System

Starting Base Commission:

50%

on all closed deals
Agents can increase their commission percentage by achieving the following

monthly sales volumes

Bronze Level

Leasing volume:

AED 0 - 360,000

or Sales volume:

AED 800,000

Commission Rate: 55%

Silver Level

Leasing volume:

AED 550,000

or Sales volume:

AED 1,200,000

Commission Rate: 60%

Single Transaction Incentive

Any

single transaction of AED 300,000

qualifies for a

60% commission on that transaction only

, regardless of the monthly tier.

Note:

This is a commission-only role. No fixed salary is offered. Earnings are based purely on performance.
