Role Description:

Property Sales and Leasing Consultant to manage the buying, selling, and renting of residential properties.

Key responsibilities and typical activities include:

- Gathering property details and coordinating the creation of marketing materials.

- Staying informed about Dubai's residential property market regulations.

- Conducting and attending property valuations.

- Organizing and attending property viewings.

- Negotiating with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from initial viewing to offer stage.

- Overseeing sales and rentals with support from the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.

- Making regular follow-up calls to clients after viewings.

- Keeping up with local property market trends.

- Generating new business through the company's database and networking efforts.

About You:

- Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Professional, presentable, and honest demeanor.

- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

- Fluency in a second language is an advantage.

- Smart business attire is required at all times.

- Expected to uphold professionalism and high company standards.

- Punctuality and contribution to company growth are essential.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.

- UAE driving license required.
