Experience: 1-2 years in real estate or property leasing

Al Fariq Properties LLC is looking for a proactive and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, with expertise in rentals across both primary and secondary market properties. This role will involve sourcing properties, listing them on platforms like Bayut, and handling leasing inquiries and rental agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and bring in new properties to lease, focusing on both primary and secondary market rentals.

List and promote rental properties on online platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, and other real estate portals.

Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties across both primary and secondary markets.

Provide expert advice on rental and leasing terms, ensuring the best possible deals for both landlords and tenants.

Handle all aspects of the leasing process, from property viewings to finalizing rental contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and clients.

Ensure all lease documentation is managed properly and in compliance with legal requirements.

Stay updated with market trends and property values in the rental market.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in real estate leasing and rentals, with knowledge of secondary market properties.

Experience using online platforms like Bayut and Property Finder to list and promote rental properties.

Strong understanding of both primary and secondary rental markets in the UAE.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Proactive, self-motivated approach to bringing in new rental business.

Based in the UAE.
