The purpose of the role is to present and secure properties for Sale to potential purchasers.
Actively negotiating marketing agreements and commission levels with vendors.
The Sales Consultants main aim is to showcase Mirage Portfolio of properties in a professional manner that reflects world class organizational image and brand.
What you will do:
Ensure set sales targets are met and or exceeded.
Take active role in negotiation of marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords/Developers.
Offer outstanding customer service standards at all times, through all communication methods and channels.
Ensure the listed properties database software is accurate and up to date at all times with lead generation.
Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients and regularly take proactive steps to improve client/vendor/purchaser/agent relationships.
Ensure effective sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Promote the business through various marketing channels and communications
Skills you should have to join the Amazing Team:
Knowledge of real estate sales.
Knowledge of sales negotiations.
Knowledge of local property market
Negotiation skills
Ability to read and understand sales contracts.
Successful track record in commercial and/or residential property sales/leasing
Excellent interpersonal skills
