Conduct on-site surveys of buildings, towers, villas, and communities, and collect property information.
Identify potential opportunities for property management contracts.
Approach and build relationships with property owners to present the company's property management services.
Network with contractors, law firms, accounting firms, and maintenance companies to generate referrals.
Prepare regular reports on targeted properties, progress, and results.
Participate in marketing and field campaigns to promote the company's services.
Achieve monthly and annual targets for new property acquisition.
Required:
2-4 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development (preferably in Abu Dhabi/UAE).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of the UAE property market and regulations.
Ability to work in the field and travel between sites.
Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an advantage.
