Sales and Executive Support for Director of Dubai office Full Time Compensation based on experience and current pay standards. The Sales and Executive Support will work closely with Director of Dubai office Joshua Hawley. Joshua Hawley is Director of US Capital Global's GCC (Gulf Cooperation Countries) and Africa division. As head of the group's Dubai office, Mr. Hawley is responsible for US Capital Global's African and Middle Eastern clients, providing them with its signature range of financial consulting services, including business and corporate structure, onshore and offshore structured finance, FinTech, M&A, and digital assets and cryptocurrencies. Mr. Hawley conducts his role at US Capital Global with a key focus on African market entry and exit.Mr. Hawley's primary interest lies in the logistics of marrying legacy systems and asset classes with new technology. He is the founder of numerous finance and FinTech companies across several continents, through which he advises governments, industry leaders, start-ups, and established enterprises on coupling their existing operations with new technology. Mr. Hawley is currently involved in blockchain and digital asset projects in Dubai, Switzerland, Japan, South East Asia, Mauritius, the African continent, and the USA, and he counts quantum computing, AI and the Internet of Things (IoT) among his many interests. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills. This role supports investment professionals/executives requiring the ability to juggle competing responsibilities while prioritizing. Daily responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating meetings, travel and logistics, and prioritizing across multiple leaders. We are looking for someone with strong experience working with executive teams in fast-paced environments, and the ability to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion. Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage day to day calendar(s) of 1-2 Executives
  • Maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments; Provide reminders.
  • Oversee schedules and calendar.
  • Coordinate and attend certain offsite meetings, special events and conferences
  • Coordinate travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle inquiry requests and queries appropriately, entry level sales support screening.
  • Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Assist in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
  • Collaborate, Train, coach or guide other administrative staff when required
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding firm, its clients and assets, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

* Qualifications:
  • Previous office administration experience preferably within financial services or similar organization
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and a CRM such as Salesforce
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,377.00 - AED3,113.00 per month
