We are looking for a Sales and Design Engineer with high experience in Sales and solar products/projects and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with strong communication skills, public relations and public speaking.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and technical design, preferably in the solar industry.
Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies and BESS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales.
Conduct site assessments and design customized solar solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals and cost estimates.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and design accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and track sales leads and project progress.
Meeting regular sales targets.
